Company History
Simple Stroller Rental was started in 2012 and has grown to be one of the largest and most trusted stroller rental companies in the Greater Orlando area. We currently serve 1000’s of vacationing families per year, visiting Central Florida from all over the globe. In December 2013, owners Christine and Will launched orlandoergorental.com, a division of Simple Stroller Rental, which rents Ergobaby carriers. In September 2015, Simple Stroller Rental is opening a retail store just minutes from Disney, Universal, and Sea World.
The Owners
As noted, Simple Stroller Rental is owned and operated by Christine and Will Schinagl, and located in Davenport, Florida. Both originally from Chicago, Illinois, Christine spent 8 years as a customer service manager in the hospitality industry and is a former Walt Disney World cast member; while Will brings experience from a lifetime of growing up managing his families’ small business. We are proud parents of four young children, and enjoy spending days at the Disney and Sea World parks in our downtime.
What makes our company different?
1) Our pricing structure: We offer stroller rentals per day, meaning that customers only pay for the days they have our equipment. Other companies base their pricing model on a length of stay, which means that if a customer is renting a stroller for 4 days, they have to pay the rate for a full week. 2) Our smart ordering system: On our website, there is no need to register for an account. Simply fill out our reservation form, and you’re done! 3) Built in availability checker: We are never oversold as our system automatically checks the availability as you reserve. If the selected vacation dates are not available, our system will show customers other available strollers. 4) Old fashioned customer service: We treat our customers the way we would expect to be treated: on time service with a smile!
